Job summary

Maloney Properties, Inc. is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator for our Newport, RI communities. The role focuses on connecting residents with community resources, coordinating activities, and building partnerships to expand services.

You will work 9:00am–5:00pm Monday to Friday with some evening events. A BA or higher and experience in resident services are preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• BA or higher in Public/Community Health, Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Counseling or related field or significant relevant work experience.
• Experience in human services/case coordination with families and seniors preferred.
• Experience developing activities and programming, cross-agency networking.
• Strong MS Office skills required; valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on community-based resources and assist residents in accessing those resources.
• Network, collaborate, and build partnerships with local and extended community to bring additional services.
• Serve as the community's activities coordinator, developing and facilitating programming for diverse populations.
