Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Project Manager for the Integrated Fleet Services team to lead fleet telematics and vehicle‑technology programs across North America. You own execution and reporting from technician mobilization through final quality review, building scalable processes for future programs.

This remote role within the U.S. requires coordinating field technicians and 3P contractors, tracking schedules and budgets, and turning client specifications into clear work instructions.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in project, program or operations roles.
• Experience scheduling, directing, training and holding technicians or other field personnel accountable, ideally across multiple locations.
• Experience managing multi-stage processes with documentation, compliance checkpoints and hard deadlines, such as onboarding, credentialing, processing or mobilization.
• Ability to write clear reports, forecasts and briefings for senior leaders, and to turn technical or policy requirements into plain instructions.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Excel, with the ability to build trackers, forecast demand and capacity, reconcile multiple data sources, and calculate budget and billing figures.
• Quality assurance or inspection experience, including documenting findings and driving corrective action.
• Ability to travel up to 30% to visit sites and support field teams, including outdoor work at active vehicle yards. Valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Run several installation and repair programs at once with one consistent process, tracking site schedules, vehicle readiness, hardware and completion status from kickoff through closeout.
• Schedule, direct and mobilize field technicians and 3P contractors across regions, onboarding and training as needed.
• Report program health to internal stakeholders, delivering status updates and briefings on progress, risks and corrective actions.
• Build and maintain forecasts, including completion timelines, technician demand and regional coverage, to guide resource decisions.
• Own reporting accuracy by building trackers and dashboards and reconciling data from multiple sources.
• Review installed work for quality, safety and compliance, document discrepancies and drive corrective actions.
• Turn client specifications into clear work instructions and train field teams; may take on direct reports as the team grows.
• Support SOW compliance, invoicing, expense tracking and billing accuracy with finance and contracts partners.
