flyExclusive in Raleigh, NC is looking for a crew scheduler to join our operations scheduling team. You will ensure aircraft are crewed for maximum fleet utilization, monitor positioning days, and address travel needs for the assigned crew member, including weekend and holiday rotations.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; airline or aviation experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills essential.
• Experience with scheduling software and planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain flight crew schedules for Part 135 airline operations.
• Input and validate data in scheduling systems for aircrew and training events.
• Coordinate with Flight Control to book daily travel and adjust plans as needed.
• Collaborate with Scheduling and Training departments to ensure crew currency and onboarding.
• Communicate travel itineraries and changes to pilots in a timely manner.
