Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Program Manager of Fleet Operations to lead strategic rollout and continuous optimization of fleet programs. You will drive cross-functional collaboration with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to enhance the commercial fleet customer experience at the pump and in-store.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program execution, improving transaction efficiency, and leveraging POS and payment networks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or industry equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of new commercial fleet programs and initiatives.
• Maintain relationship with Field Operations and strengthen operational support.
• Leverage knowledge of commercial fleet POS systems, fueling tech, and payment networks to troubleshoot bottlenecks.
• Foster interdepartmental relations with IT, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to align goals.
• Promote fleet services via social campaigns and trade shows to build brand presence at industry events.
• Maintain brand standards and ensure consistent messaging.
• Diagnose issues and implement solutions to improve operational execution.
