Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Fixture Purchasing Specialist in New Jersey to manage purchasing, inventory control, and financial oversight for store fixtures across openings and remodels.

You will coordinate end-to-end PO processes, track deliveries, and ensure cost-effective, compliant execution. The role requires 3–5 years in procurement and inventory management, strong Excel and ERP experience, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in procurement, inventory management, and supply chain operations.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong financial acumen and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end ownership of store-level fixtures purchasing for all new store openings and capital projects.
• Lead the full PO and financial release lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, tracking, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Develop and maintain inventory tracking, reporting and monitoring across locations.
• Establish vendor partnerships and enforce SLAs for on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with 3PL partners to determine shipping strategies.
• Serve as liaison between vendors, finance, project management, logistics, and field leadership.
• Evaluate fixture requirements and support store openings and capital initiatives.
