Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Fixture Purchasing Specialist to manage planning, purchasing, inventory control and financial management of store fixtures for openings, remodels, and capital projects.

This role emphasizes accurate communication to ensure timely delivery and cost control. You will own the PO lifecycle, monitor vendor pricing, collaborate with 3PL partners, and provide reporting on fixture spend and rollout status across locations, while enforcing internal controls and

Qualifications

3 to 5 years in procurement or inventory management and related business disciplines.
Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
Experience with Oracle, Coupa or comparable ERP/procurement systems preferred.
Strong financial acumen and attention to detail with urgency and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end ownership of fixtures purchasing for openings and capital projects.
Lead PO and financial release lifecycle: creation, review, approval, tracking, invoicing, reconciliation.
Develop and improve inventory tracking, reporting, and rollout status by project and location.
Collaborate with 3PL partners and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
Serve as liaison among vendors, finance, operations, and field leadership to resolve issues.
