Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. seeks a Territory Facilities Specialist to manage maintenance and repairs for assigned stores, working with the Facilities Manager and Director to stay within budget.

You will govern vendor relationships, engage new vendors, and use Service Channel for dispatching, tracking, and cost reporting. The role requires 3–5 years in facilities maintenance, 3 years in project management, and proficiency in MS Word/Excel; Oracle knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years facilities maintenance experience.
• 3 years of project management experience.
• Proficient in Word and Excel; Service Channel familiarity; Oracle knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and prioritize repair requests for your area and follow up with vendors to ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with Burlington Facilities associates to support stores.
• Review repair proposals to ensure pricing is competitive and monitor vendor performance.
• Provide after-hours support and resolve vendor issues to ensure store needs are met.
