Job summary

Burlington Stores is seeking a Manager of Fixture Design to lead new fixture programs and improve existing ones. You will work with Merchants, Store Planning and Operations to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of safe, cost-efficient fixtures that support the customer experience.

The role emphasizes 3D modeling, vendor collaboration, and rigorous project management to scale Burlington’s store footprint and optimize lifecycle costs.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Design or related field or significant relevant experience.
• 2-5+ years of fixture design, retail design, architectural design, or related experience.
• 2-3 years in a managerial role preferred, strong retail background.

Responsibilities

• Develop and plan fixtures and displays for Burlington stores.
• Create appealing, functional, flexible and safe fixture programs.
• Collaborate with Merchants, Store Planning and Store Operations to meet requirements.
• Present concepts and business cases to executives and stakeholders.
• Manage projects from concept to production readiness and delivery.
