Job summary

Ally in the United States seeks a field-based expert to support fixed operations across dealership networks. You’ll deliver training, serve as SME for Warranty Rate Review and Warranty Compliance, and coach teams on sales effectiveness and process optimization.

This role requires travel up to 75% and a background in franchised dealership Fixed Operations, with strong analytical and communication skills. You’ll partner with matrix teams to drive profitability and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience
• High school Diploma or GED equivalent

Responsibilities

• Deliver foundational training to service personnel to ensure exceptional customer experiences
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Ally’s Warranty Rate Review and Warranty Compliance programs
• Coach dealership teams on sales effectiveness and process optimization.
• Implement, support, and track progress of Fixed Operations Consulting programs
• Conduct dealer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions
• Collaborate with matrix partners to advance acquisition and retention goals
• Execute various operational assignments as directed by leadership
• Present fixed operations content to internal and external stakeholders
• Utilize your automotive fixed operations expertise to assist dealers in profitability goals
• Partner with dealership teams to deliver training and innovative solutions
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
