Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in automotive fixed operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver foundational training to service personnel to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for Ally's Warranty Rate Review and Warranty Compliance programs.
• Coach dealership teams on sales effectiveness and process optimization.
• Implement, support, and track progress of Fixed Operations Consulting programs.
• Conduct dealer needs assessments and develop tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with matrix partners to advance acquisition and retention goals.
• Execute various operational assignments as directed by leadership.
• Present fixed operations content to internal and external stakeholders.
• Utilize your automotive fixed operations expertise to assist dealers in profitability goals.
• Partner with dealership teams to deliver training and innovative solutions.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
