Job summary

Realize Impact is seeking a Fiscal Sponsorship Coordinator to support our growing fiscal sponsorship program. The role is remote-first and supports fiscally sponsored organizations through onboarding, records, and donor/grant processing.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across program, finance, and operations in a mission-driven nonprofit. Bachelor’s degree, strong English, and at least 1 year experience in nonprofit operations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience in nonprofit operations or grants administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day administration of Realize Impact's fiscal sponsorship program.
• Coordinate onboarding and setup of newly approved fiscally sponsored organizations.
• Manage annual renewal processes for fiscally sponsored projects.
• Maintain accurate program records and documentation.
• Support due diligence and reporting for Investment Committee review.
• Coordinate donor processing, grants, and reporting activities.
• Ensure compliance with sponsorship policies and recordkeeping requirements.
