Realize Impact is seeking an Investment Coordinator to support the Philanthropic Investment Grant (PHIG) and Investment Partnership programs. You will coordinate onboarding, maintain records, and ensure accurate investment tracking and reporting while delivering an exceptional donor-investor experience.

This role collaborates with PHIG, Partnerships, Finance & Operations and external stakeholders in a remote, LATAM-friendly setting.

Qualifications

Professional proficiency in English is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant nonprofit operations, program administration, philanthropy, or related fields; 2+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the day-to-day administration of PHIG and Investment Partnerships programs.
Onboard PHIG participants, donor-investors, and partner organizations.
Maintain accurate program records, documentation, and tracking systems.
Assist with due diligence on prospective PHIG opportunities and Partnership initiatives.
Prepare materials for Investment Committee review and approval processes.
Support donors, investees, and partners with reporting requirements and inquiries.
Collaborate across program, finance, and operations to support organizational priorities.
