Gismart is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to assist mobile apps on App Store/Google Play, respond to reviews, and manage billing inquiries. The role includes occasional US-based phone support, creating saved responses, and cross-team collaboration to resolve issues.

Qualifications

Written English at advanced level; ability to craft clear, polite responses while handling billing issues.
Fast typist with accurate keystrokes.
Understanding of how mobile apps work across versions and devices.
Knowledge of subscriptions, renewals, refunds and invoicing.

Responsibilities

Support mobile apps on App Store/Google Play; respond to reviews and collect feature requests.
Resolve billing issues (refunds, declined payments) in Stripe/PayPal; handle disputes.
Address customer complaints and propose solutions aligned with policy.
Create and maintain a library of saved responses for efficiency.
Collaborate with teams to identify and resolve issues.
