• Partner with Content Operations to ensure content delivery aligns with POM milestones.
• Support Portfolio teams by fixing issues for customers.
• Lead, coach, and grow a high-performing engineering team focused on quality and accountability.
• Reimagine workflows with modern platforms, automation, and generative AI.
• Drive POM Discovery with continuous customer engagement to derive solutions.
• Track quality and efficiency with instrumented SDLC and report to executives.
• Balance technical debt with new feature development within each sprint.
• Manage product backlogs, estimates, and budgets with partners.
• Stay current on emerging technologies to inform roadmaps.
