OneLocal is hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own full-cycle recruiting for sales, tech, and operations, helping shape our employer brand and People operations. This early-career role offers real ownership from day one in a remote-first team.

You will partner with hiring managers, source candidates via LinkedIn and other channels, screen applicants, and guide them through interviews to a successful close. This role emphasizes a great candidate experience and data-driven hiring.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting (agency or in-house) and full-cycle ownership.
• Ability to own a process from intake to offer and results.
• Strong written and verbal communication with hiring managers and candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own requisitions: manage full recruitment lifecycle for sales, tech, and operations.
• Partner with Hiring Managers to define role requirements and interview criteria.
• Source & engage: build pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals.
• Screen & assess: review resumes and conduct phone screens.
• Guide candidates through interviews and gather feedback.
• Close candidates: extend offers and negotiate with guidance.
• Deliver a great candidate experience with timely communication.
• Track & report: maintain ATS data and hiring metrics.
