Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A for Platform, owning the financial roadmap from planning to rolling forecasts. You’ll partner with Platform leadership and the CTO to guide operational spending and resource allocation while scaling the business.

You will build and refine financial models, conduct detailed variance analyses, and translate complex data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership. The role emphasizes strategic finance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Experience with large OpEx budgeting and cost centers.
• Ability to translate data into clear recommendations.
• Proficiency with SQL and financial modeling.
• Familiarity with AI tools in workflow is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end financial deliverables including forecasting, reporting, and analysis for your business partners.
• Drive month-end close for your areas with variance analysis and data integrity checks.
• Identify trends and opportunities by analyzing financial and operational data.
• Partner with Platform leadership as a trusted financial advisor, presenting analysis during business reviews.
• Build and maintain financial models quantifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs.
