Coinbase is hiring a Senior Finance & Strategy Manager on the Core FP&A team. You will partner with 3+ C-level executives on resource allocation, investment strategy, and long-term planning, while leading a finance team.

The role emphasizes analytical frameworks, efficiency improvements, and cross-functional collaboration across People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance. You will directly influence capital deployment, build robust financial models, and deliver timely senior-leadership

Qualifications

• 8+ years in FP&A, strategic finance, or related roles, with leadership experience.
• At least 2 years of direct people management experience.
• Demonstrated success as a strategic partner to C-level executives.
• Proven ability to build, maintain, and present complex financial models.
• Uses generative AI responsibly with human oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own the financial health of multiple major functional areas, partnering with 3+ C-level executives on resource allocation and long-term planning.
• Develop and implement analytical frameworks and efficiency opportunities across Finance and business teams.
• Lead and develop a team of finance professionals with clear performance expectations.
• Align budgets, forecasts, headcount, and priorities across People, Legal, Compliance, Policy, and Finance.
• Build financial models and business cases to inform executive decisions.
• Deliver regular financial reporting and variance analysis with actionable insights.
