Qualifications

• 8+ years building and operating production distributed systems.
• Hands-on proficiency in Go or a comparable systems language and CI/CD/build systems/deployment tooling.
• Proven cross-team leadership and architectural direction.

Responsibilities

• Own core developer infrastructure platforms including CI/build systems and deployment orchestration.
• Identify high-leverage problems and drive technical roadmaps across dependent teams.
• Improve build times, deployment speed, and developer feedback latency.
• Lead large-scale platform migrations end to end with cross-team collaboration.
• Raise reliability with SLOs, observability, and on-call readiness.
• Mentor engineers and shape technical strategy with engineering leadership.
