Affirm, Inc. is seeking an experienced software engineer to join our Account Management team within Trust & Safety.

You will set technical strategy, collaborate across product, design, and analytics, and own reliability and on-call readiness for critical security and account features. You will contribute to building scalable backend systems using Python, Kotlin, AWS, and Kubernetes, while delivering frontend work with React or Vue, and mentoring teammates to raise the standard of engineering

Qualificações

• 8+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems at scale using Python, Kotlin, AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
• Experience developing web apps with React or Vue.
• Delivered major features, system components or deprecating existing functionality with a technical and execution plan.
• Thrives in ambiguity and understands large system architecture.
• Growth and impact demonstrated by iterating on feedback from engineering and cross-functional peers.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a global team.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsabilidades
