Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a benefits consultant or in a role selling to benefits consultants.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for wellbeing and clear understanding of financial wellbeing.
• Ability to prioritize in a fast-changing environment.
• Proven top-performer with collaborative and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Self-starter who builds internal and external relationships autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with benefits consultants and brokers across the U.S.
• Educate consultants on LearnLux product, value proposition, and roadmap.
• Provide feedback to marketing and product teams from the consultant community.
• Partner with sales to develop strategic plans and support prospecting.
• Collaborate with team to generate ideas and improve efficiency.
