Job summary

Group seeks two Solution Architects at Senior and Mid-Level, with remote-first flexibility and options for hybrid or onsite work depending on proximity to locations. You will own the solution architecture across software, infrastructure and networking, focusing on retiring legacy systems while maintaining scalable, clean architecture.

You will model and communicate architecture, collaborate with multiple teams, and mentor engineers.

Qualifications

• Architectural knowledge for complex, distributed systems.
• Solid hosting-domain understanding (e.g., VPS hosting insights).
• Systems modelling with UML, C4, BPMN, ERD, or FMC.
• 5+ years of experience, with 2+ years focused on architecture.
• Fluent in German and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and extend the landscape, retiring legacy systems where sensible.
• Keep architecture clean under business pressure; avoid cutting corners.
• Own solution architecture across software, infrastructure, and networking; ensure transparency.
