You will influence both product strategy and technical direction across compute, AI, storage, and networking. You will collaborate with internal engineering teams and customers, evaluating high-speed interconnects, leading industry standards activities, and shaping future-ready architectures, with travel to engage partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 12+ years electrical engineering experience.
• 5+ years system-level design in data center, computer, networking or storage industries.
• In-depth knowledge of hardware signaling environments.
• Technical expertise in high-speed engineering and design.
• Deep knowledge of computer, networking, AI/ML, or storage architecture.
• Experience with industry-standard design tools (simulation, modeling, CAD, or signal integrity analysis).
• Willingness to travel 25%-30%.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary technical liaison with hyperscalers, OEMs, and system architects to gain insights into next-gen compute, AI, storage, and networking challenges.
• Translate emerging trends into strategic R&D initiatives and product roadmaps.
• Cultivate customer partnerships and foster collaborative innovation to accelerate infrastructure advancements.
• Lead industry standards discussions and contribute to development of next-gen copper and optical interconnect standards.
• Collaborate with R&D, product management, sales, and marketing to translate technical insights into compelling product offerings.
• Drive technical due diligence for partnerships and ecosystem collaborations.
• Bridge customer needs and technology roadmap to ensure future-proof, scalable solutions.
