Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building web applications.
• Experience with at least one backend language (Golang, Python, Java) and a frontend framework (React, Angular, Vue).
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployment environments (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with distributed systems concepts such as caching and event-driven architectures or API integrations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, with human oversight to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development of user-facing features across the compliance agent platform from design through production deployment.
• Lead assessment, selection, and implementation of third-party tools and vendor integrations.
• Partner with product, design, security, and data teams to deliver cross-functional solutions to complex compliance and CX problems.
• Build and maintain scalable, high-traffic services leveraging event-driven architectures, caching, load balancing, and observability tooling across AWS and Kubernetes.
• Mentor engineers on design patterns, coding standards, testing strategies, and deployment best practices to raise the overall quality bar for the team.
