Job summary

Acorns is seeking a Senior Manager, Sourcing & Procurement to lead company-wide third-party spend across Finance, IT, Engineering, and Marketing. Remote-first with optional Irvine space, you will oversee policy, negotiations, and category strategies to drive value and risk management.

You will manage intake workflows, mentor a junior team member, and partner with stakeholders to ensure compliant, cost-effective supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, enterprise procurement, or vendor management.
• Proven track record negotiating complex, multi-year Enterprise SaaS agreements and strategic third-party partnerships.
• Experience developing category strategies and running structured RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the third-party management program across all engagements.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and renewals for indirect and strategic spend.
• Develop category strategies across technology, marketing, product, operations, and compliance tools.
• Own intake and procurement workflows, coordinating with IT, InfoSec, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and business owners.
• Drive spend segmentation, RFPs, and market analysis to optimize value.
• Mature risk-tiered sourcing framework to meet regulatory and partner expectations.
• Enhance spend analytics and executive reporting for savings forecasting.
• Mentor one team member and support their growth.
