Job summary

Super.com is seeking a Director, Procurement to lead the company’s end-to-end procurement function, spanning technology, SaaS, and professional services. You will set multi-year sourcing strategy, negotiate with top suppliers, and align procurement with company priorities, working closely with executives and Finance.

This role is remote with a global scope, designed for someone who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and scale workflows to support rapid growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience.
• 3+ years leading procurement teams in a Director-level or equivalent role.
• Deep expertise sourcing and negotiating technology spend, including SaaS licensing and professional services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year procurement vision and sourcing strategy aligned to Super.com's priorities.
• Lead supplier negotiations, competitive bid processes, and contract renewals with Legal, Security, and FP&A involvement.
• Drive total cost of ownership and spend analysis to uncover savings and set procurement targets.
• Build strategic partnerships with key suppliers with clear performance metrics and reviews.
• Rebuild and scale end-to-end procurement workflows in Tropic, using automation and AI to reduce cycle times.
• Strengthen procurement policies, governance, and controls including vendor due diligence and risk management.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and report savings and market insights to executives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing procurement team.
