Job summary

Acorns is seeking a Senior Manager, Sourcing & Procurement to lead the company-wide sourcing and purchasing model across all third-party spend. You will oversee end-to-end category strategy, vendor management, and intake workflow operations, partnering with Finance, IT, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, and business owners to drive value, reliability and risk oversight.

This remote-first role offers optional Irvine office access.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategic sourcing or vendor management in tech/financial services.
• Experience negotiating complex multi-year enterprise SaaS, marketing and agency contracts.
• Strong ability to develop category strategies and run structured RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance third-party management program across planning, intake, evaluation, contracting, and lifecycle management.
• Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and renewals across indirect and strategic spend.
• Develop and run category strategies across technology, marketing, product and operations.
