Job summary

Rithum is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead its digital advertising strategy, focusing on B2B PPC across Google and related platforms. You will own ROI, client acquisition, and revenue growth, partnering with creative, product, and analytics teams in a remote‑first environment.

You will embed AI into planning, testing, reporting, and audience insights while building dashboards and collaborating with agencies and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in B2B Google search, digital advertising, growth marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels.
• Hands‑on experience with performance marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Proficiency using analytics tools such as Excel, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Domo to drive business insights.
• Experience measuring and monitoring performance of brand search keyword campaigns versus non‑brand search campaigns.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Claude) to improve productivity through research, communication, analysis, documentation, automation, workflow optimization, and decision‑making.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead digital advertising strategy and ROI targets across B2B PPC.
• Manage campaigns end to end, including planning, implementation, and optimization.
• Monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns for ROAS and efficiency.
• Embed AI into planning, audience analysis, creative testing, and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and external agencies for campaign execution.
