Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B Google search, digital advertising, or growth marketing with ROI results.
• Proficient in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads and related channels.
• Hands-on with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Facebook Business Manager.
• Proficient in Excel, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Domo for insights.
• Experience measuring brand vs non-brand performance.
• Experience using AI tools to boost productivity and decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid media strategy and execution to drive client acquisition and ROI.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end across PPC and display networks.
• Monitor budgets, bids, and performance metrics; optimize to ROI.
• Collaborate with content, product, and analytics teams to align strategies.
• Embed AI into planning, analysis, and reporting; share workflows.
• Produce dashboards and regular performance reports for stakeholders.
