Rithum is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to lead digital advertising, focus on B2B PPC, and drive efficient client acquisition with a strong ROI focus. You will partner with creative, product, and analytics teams to execute performance marketing strategies across online channels.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled decision-making, data-driven optimization, and scalable processes to deliver value for clients and teams.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in B2B digital advertising, growth marketing, or related field.
Proficiency with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads and other channels.
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Excel, Salesforce, Looker Studio, Tableau or Domo).
Experience using AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Responsabilités

Lead digital advertising strategy and performance marketing plans to drive client acquisition and ROI.
Manage end-to-end campaigns across PPC and display, including budgeting and optimization.
Collaborate with creative, product and analytics teams to align campaigns.
Build dashboards and present weekly/ monthly performance to stakeholders.
Embed AI into planning, testing, reporting, and workflows.
