Qualifications

• 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Authored and driven technical design documents through cross-functional review and implementation on major initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to resolve systemic technical debt and improve reliability or velocity.
• Experience mentoring engineers and leading team rituals (on-call, code reviews, incident response).
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly with human oversight to improve workflow efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design to deployment for login, signup, OAuth, and identity surfaces.
• Author and review design documents, breaking down initiatives into executable plans.
• Drive architecture strategy for Native vs Webview in authentication surfaces and latency considerations.
• Identify and resolve technical debt and code quality issues across the codebase.
• Lead team rituals, on-call rotations, code reviews, and incident response, mentoring junior engineers.
