Job summary

You will lead frontend delivery across authentication surfaces, shape the Native vs. Webview approach, and mentor engineers as the team scales.

You will drive design docs, reduce technical debt, and guide on-call and incident response while ensuring reliability and security for users worldwide.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of production frontend engineering experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience leading end-to-end frontend delivery of complex projects.
• Ability to author and review technical design documents across teams.
• Proven track record of improving reliability and velocity via debt reduction.
• Mentor engineers and drive team rituals (on-call, code reviews, incident response).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end frontend projects from design through deployment and monitoring.
• Drive Native vs. Webview architecture decisions for authentication surfaces.
• Mentor engineers on frontend craft and ownership, and review designs.
• Identify and resolve systemic code issues and technical debt proactively.
