Job summary

Merative is seeking a Senior Technical Consultant for the Curam solutions team to lead technical design and delivery. You will collaborate with clients, partners, and internal teams to implement Curam configurations, extensions, and REST APIs in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Required are 10+ years in hands-on development, 5+ years with Curam, strong Java/J2EE skills, and experience with UI/UX tools. Remote-first role with global travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or information technology equivalent.
• Curam Technical certification preferred or willing to obtain within 90 days.
• 10+ years of hands-on technical experience delivering software solutions.
• 5+ years of Curam software delivery experience (4+ years acceptable per hiring manager).
• 5+ years of Java/J2EE development experience.
• Experience with UI/UX design (React.js, Angular) and modern web tech.
• Experience with UNIX and Windows operating systems, Oracle/DB2 databases, WebSphere/WebLogic.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design workshops and collaborate with clients and partners.
• Develop Curam extensions in a J2EE environment and build REST APIs.
• Configure and troubleshoot WebSphere/WebLogic and optimize DB performance.
• Mentor junior consultants and promote Curam as a trusted partner.
• Work in Agile delivery teams and adhere to DevOps practices.
• Ensure industry-standard design patterns and maintain client relationships.
