Fullscript is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to be the analytics owner for one of our fastest-growing segments. This role blends senior IC autonomy with strategic influence, partnering directly with the GM, Finance, Product and Commercial leaders to answer questions that determine where the business invests next.

That starts with a deep understanding of who our customers are and how they actually use the product, and it runs through owning the experimentation engine that tests our bets.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in data science, growth analytics, or quantitative business roles with depth in experimentation and causal inference.
• Strong SQL and Python, comfortable with large, imperfect datasets without a dedicated support team.
• Track record of operating autonomously: scoping ambiguous questions, prioritizing your own roadmap, driving decisions.
• Executive-grade communication: explain metric movements and actions to a GM in plain language.
• Strong business judgment: connect growth, product usage, and operational drivers to revenue and margin.
• Customer obsession: base analysis on how practitioners and patients use the product.

Responsabilités

• Own experimentation (design, run, read growth experiments; frame hypotheses and sizing; call results and push decisions).
• Build the reporting backbone: dashboards and self-serve tooling with an AI-augmented stack for executives.
• Generate insight: break down revenue/margin drivers and identify growth sources/leaks and actions.
• Keep the data foundation healthy: coordinate with central Data Engineering to support analytics and forecasting.
