Job summary

Cambium Learning Group is seeking a Senior Agile Project Manager to lead complex technology programs at scale. You will act as a Release Train Engineer, drive PI planning, and coordinate multiple ARTs to deliver strategic initiatives.

You will mentor teams and Scrum Masters, promote SAFe practices, manage dependencies, and report progress with KPIs. This role demands strong leadership, collaboration, and a bias for continuous improvement in a remote-first environment.

Qualifications

• Expert knowledge of Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
• 5+ years leading Agile at scale in complex environments.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coaching capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead PI planning and alignment across ARTs and portfolios.
• Coordinate Scrum of Scrums and dependency management.
• Coach teams and Scrum Masters in Lean-Agile practices.
• Track program metrics, delivery health, and predictability.
• Collaborate with vendors and business units on digital initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement and governance across programs.
