Job summary

JumpCloud is recruiting a Manager, Sales Engineering to lead and scale a distributed SE team across countries, driving technical wins and international revenue growth.

You will bridge leadership, commercial strategy, and technical judgment to resolve identity, access, and unified device management challenges in a remote-first environment. Strong emphasis on coaching, POV-driven demos, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of presales sales engineering or technical solutions experience in B2B SaaS/IT infrastructure.
• 2+ years of formal people management or technical team leadership.
• Ability to coach, develop, and manage multi-country teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale a distributed SE team across multiple countries.
• Drive technical wins with value-based demonstrations and POVs.
• Optimize SE resource allocation and ensure smooth handoffs to Professional Services and Customer Success.
• Partner with Sales leadership on pipeline qualification and deal strategy.
• Participate in high-value deal reviews and executive customer discussions.
