JumpCloud is seeking a Director of Global Account Management to lead and scale a 20+ person team across Americas, EMEA, APAC and India. The role requires a revenue-focused leader who thrives in technically advanced environments and loves translating complex product capabilities into business value for cyber security-minded buyers.

In this remote-first position, you’ll coach from the front, drive retention and expansions, and collaborate with Product Marketing, Management and Services to deliver

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience leading and managing teams of account managers.
• Demonstrated track record of driving proactive expansion within existing accounts, increasing ARR and securing upsells while retaining key customers.
• Experience selling a SaaS platform to a US-based company across multiple geographies (including Enterprise in the US).
• Experience working with technically complex software platforms and selling to technical buyers.

Responsabilités

• Manage AM Leaders and the 20+ person account management team to expand accounts and unlock cross-sell opportunities across Americas, EMEA, APAC and India.
• Engage with JumpCloud’s product suite and translate capabilities into clear business value for technical buyers.
• Own global Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and expansion targets with upsell and platform adoption strategies.
• Define best practices, programs, standards, and processes including account planning, ABM, pricing, and QBRs.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Product Management, Alliances & Channel, and Professional Services to shape roadmaps and ensure a high-touch customer journey.
• Connect with customers at all levels to develop a strong Account Management function and advocate for customers.
• Drive strategic initiatives in collaboration with sales, professional services and product marketing.
• Partner with marketing to ensure consistent brand experience across customer interactions.
