Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Sales/SDR leadership in high-growth tech.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding net-new logo targets.
• Experience coaching and scaling outbound motions.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 8+ reps with regular mentoring.
• Own regional team performance metrics and optimize outreach.
• Ensure reps master prospecting, ICP targeting, and messaging.
• Collaborate with Sales & GTM leadership to ensure pipeline quality.
• Drive adoption of SDR tech stack to build efficient workflows.
