Job summary
Local Infusion is seeking an experienced Regional Vice President (RVP) of Business Development to lead our go-to-market engine across CA, AZ, UT and CO.
You will recruit, coach, and manage a team of 8–10 Business Development Reps, shape growth strategy, and forge partnerships with health systems, payers, and pharma.
This remote-first, field-facing role requires travel up to 40% and offers performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and strong professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of healthcare business development and infusion/pharma experience.
- 3–5+ years of people management experience.
- Willingness to travel up to 40%.
- Must be located in CA, AZ, UT or CO.
Responsibilities
- Growth Strategy: contribute to tools, set targets, analyze market data.
- Team Leadership: manage 8–10 BDRs, hire, onboard, coach, and coach through weekly reviews.
- Partnership Development: cultivate relationships with health systems, payers, and pharma reps/managers.
- Cross-Functional Execution: coordinate with Operations and CRM hygiene, relay market feedback.
- Revenue Accountability: deliver referral volume and revenue goals and share forecasts with leadership.
