Job summary

Local Infusion is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) of Business Development to lead the go-to-market engine across CA, AZ, UT and CO. You will build and coach a regional team, forge strategic partnerships, and drive patient referrals and revenue for infusion centers.

You will own field strategies, collaborate with Ops and Marketing, and maintain CRM hygiene while delivering qualified growth and strong leadership in a remote-first culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of business-development experience in healthcare, infusion/pharma preferred.
• 3–5+ years of people management, building and scaling referral-hunter teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
• Must be located in CA, AZ, UT, or CO.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth strategy and set targets for the region.
• Directly manage a team of 8–10 Business Development Reps.
• Cultivate relationships with high-volume specialist offices, payers and pharma teams.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure seamless handoffs from referrals to treatments.
• Deliver referral volume and revenue goals and report forecasts to executives.
