Job summary

Local Infusion, a remote-first infusion provider, seeks an experienced Regional Vice President of Business Development to lead go-to-market efforts across IL, IN, MO, or OH. You will coach 8–10 Business Development Reps, shape territory strategy, and drive referrals and revenue from physician offices, health systems, payers, and pharma partners.

Qualifications

• History of meeting or exceeding sales goals, personally and with teams.
• 10+ years of business-development experience in healthcare (infusion/pharma highly preferred).
• 3-5+ years as a people manager scaling referral-hunter teams.
• Customer-focused attitude with exceptional service and communication.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% with overnight travel.
• Must be located in Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, or Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to tools and resources to scale the organization (playbooks, technology, trainings, etc).
• Set monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; align field tactics with corporate OKRs.
• Analyze market data to prioritize expansion geographies and new service lines.
• Directly manage a team of Business Development Reps (8-10).
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach Business Development Reps.
• Run weekly 1:1s, Account Plan Reviews and trainings that sharpen skills and accountability.
• Foster a culture of ownership, excellence, accountability, and 'find-a-way' persistence.
• Demonstrate leadership by being in the field with your team.
• Cultivate relationships with high-volume specialist offices, health systems, payers and pharma reps/managers.
• Structure co-marketing and education programs that boost brand recognition and referral pull-through.
• Work hand-in-hand with Operations to ensure seamless hand-off from referral to treatments.
• Partner with internal teams to relay market feedback and sharpen messaging.
• Own CRM hygiene and reporting standards so we always know our numbers.
• Deliver referral-volume and revenue goals for your territory.
• Present performance insights and forecasts to executive leadership.
