Job summary

Vironix Health is seeking a Recruiting / People Operations Manager to own recruiting and HR operations for 60+ nationwide Medical Assistant contractors. This is a high-ownership, executive-facing role with opportunity to scale recruiting and onboarding across the company.

You will manage full lifecycle recruiting, onboarding, payroll coordination, and HR support, partnering with executive leadership to define roles and timelines while improving processes and tooling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience (startup a strong plus).
• Experience managing full employee lifecycle and HR operations.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.

Responsibilities

• Own nationwide clinical recruiting for Medical Assistants and related roles.
• Lead onboarding: security, 2FA, certifications, HIPAA training, accounts.
• Oversee 1–2 week onboarding and 30-day success tracking for contractors.
• Partner with SVP Operations to monitor productivity and performance.
• Maintain onboarding materials, FAQs, and candidate resources.
• Coordinate payroll processes and ensure timely contractor payments.
• Handle day-to-day HR questions and escalate when needed.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles, comp, and timelines.
• Maintain recruiting/HR tech stack (Workable, onboarding automation).
• Identify automation opportunities as the team scales.
