Job summary

Twilio is seeking a Principal Public Relations Manager to join its Corporate Communications team. You will lead external communications for Twilio executives, customers, partners, and employer brand while collaborating with cross‑functional partners and agencies.

You will shape narratives, drive media coverage, and manage high‑stakes communications across media, social, and investor relations in a remote‑first environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate communications, executive communications, or public relations in a high-growth or enterprise technology environment.
• Exceptional media relations with ability to pitch and place stories in top-tier outlets – even without hard news.
• Proven track record of directly supporting and advising C-suite leaders in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Employer Brand PR with People team to spotlight values and culture through external storytelling.
• Own external CAO communications including media opportunities, thought leadership, speaking engagements, and LinkedIn presence.
• Manage Partner and Customer PR with Twilio’s Partner and Customer Marketing teams to highlight customers and partners.
• Lead Social Impact PR with Twilio.org to develop thought leadership and secure media coverage.
• Support Financial Communications with quarterly earnings, acquisitions, and investments by coordinating with Investor Relations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive media relations and proactive press outreach across internal teams and agencies.
