Job summary

AtomicVest is seeking a Solutions Engineer to own strategic, white-glove issue resolution for our growing partner base. You will be the front line for complex technical inbound requests and triage production issues related to API integrations.

You will also debug, document runbooks, and improve partner-facing tooling, ensuring responses within SLA and clear technical writing to keep partnerships running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in solutions engineering or technical support engineering.
• Strong API, SQL, Python, Datadog, and Git skills; can read Go code.
• Clear technical writing and ability to manage concurrent SLA-driven issues.
