Clearlink is a remote-first, hybrid-friendly company seeking a Partner Manager to lead ISP, home services, and satellite-provider partnerships. You will own day-to-day relationships, drive revenue growth, and coordinate with marketing, analytics, and operations to ensure partner success.

You’ll balance relationship management with data-driven decisions, building trust while surfacing opportunities at the right time. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is core to this role.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account management, partnerships, or business operations in telecom/home services or related industry.
• Strong analytical skills with data and reporting tools; ability to build performance summaries and identify trends.
• Familiarity with performance-based compensation models (CPA/CPL/CPC) and revenue impact considerations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of partnerships, managing day-to-day communications and growth.
• Monitor partner KPIs, coordinate with marketing and sales to capitalize on opportunities.
• Oversee partner onboarding, integrations, and compliance with brand and regulatory requirements.
