Seminary Now seeks a Church & Network Partnership Specialist to support church and ministry partners across their journey—from outbound outreach to onboarding, ongoing engagement, and renewal. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 1 year in sales support, customer success, or account management in ministry/nonprofit is a strong plus.
• Comfort with CRM software and willingness to learn new tools.
• Ability to build top of funnel and monitor activity against metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build the top of the partnership pipeline through proactive outreach to churches and networks.
• Review inbound leads in HubSpot and route to next steps.
• Guide church leaders toward conversations about discipleship and leadership development.
• Coordinate onboarding and ongoing engagement for partners.
• Monitor payments and renewals and nurture opportunities to sign-ups.
• Maintain records in HubSpot and track partnership metrics.
