Job summary

VistaPrint seeks a seasoned NA Affiliate Lead to own the US+CA affiliate channel end-to-end, from long-term strategy to commission economics. You will drive growth by testing incrementality, negotiating partner terms, and optimizing profitability, while leading two direct reports and coordinating with agencies.

You will champion AI adoption, automate workflows, and align program goals with broader marketing activation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in affiliate and partnership marketing, including 3+ years leading teams and developing talent.
• Data-first operating style with attribution models and incrementality measurement.
• Creative, out-of-the-box thinking about the channel and identifying new opportunities.
• Executive presence to distill complexity for senior leaders and partners.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America affiliate channel: strategy, performance, profitability, and growth.
• Set and execute the long-term program strategy, aligning affiliate operations with broader media activation objectives.
• Test channel incrementality with novel experiments to reveal drivers of new customers.
• Negotiate agreements, commissions, and placements while optimizing structures for growth and profitability.
• Identify and test new partners, incentive structures, and partnership models.
