Job summary

VistaPrint is seeking an affiliate marketing leader to own the North America channel (US+CA) end to end. You will set long-term strategy, optimize commission economics, and drive growth with a data-first approach across multi-source datasets. Expect to lead two direct reports and collaborate with agencies.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, influencer partnerships, and AI-enabled process improvements to scale the affiliate program while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in affiliate and partnership marketing, incl. 3+ years leading teams and developing talent.
• Data-first operating style with attribution models and incrementality analyses.
• Creative, proactive thinker who identifies new partnership opportunities.
• Executive presence to influence senior leaders, publishers and agencies.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and manage multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America affiliate channel: strategy, performance, profitability, and growth.
• Set and execute long-term program strategy aligned with broader media objectives.
• Design tests to measure channel incrementality and test new partnership ideas.
• Negotiate commissions and placements; optimize structures for growth and profitability.
• Identify and test new partners and incentive structures to expand the channel.
• Own NA budget: forecasting, pacing, billing, and reconciliation.
• Champion AI adoption: build agents and automate workflows to free time for strategy.
• Lead 2 direct reports and manage agency partners; develop talent.
