Job summary

MPI, a leading national multifamily real estate developer and contractor, seeks a Project Manager. This is a primarily remote role based in Massachusetts with occasional visits to the jobsite, starting in East Falmouth, MA.

The candidate should have 10–15+ years in project management, 5+ years in multifamily wood-frame construction, OSHA 30 and First Aid training, plus proficiency with Excel, Word, Outlook and design software like Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe and Onscreen Takeoff.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in multifamily wood-frame construction.
• OSHA 30-hour and First Aid/AED training preferred; additional safety certs a plus.

Responsibilities

• Remote collaboration with occasional visits to the jobsite.
• Manage construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, including budgeting, scheduling and contract administration.
• Lead subcontractor procurement, buyouts, negotiations and change order management.
• Monitor costs, forecast, billing, and financial reporting to maintain budget performance.
• Coordinate owners, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and field teams to drive project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, turnover, and closeout activities.
