Job summary

MPI is seeking a construction project professional to assist with scheduling, budgeting, cost tracking and documentation on multifamily developments. You will coordinate with field operations, manage RFIs and submittals, and support procurement and contract administration.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's in Construction Management, Engineering or related field and have strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience with construction management software and MS Office.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of construction management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.
  • Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with multifamily construction preferred.

The Successful Applicant


  • 2+ years of construction management experience.

  • Multifamily construction experience preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
