Job summary

MMG is seeking a Project Manager for its Multi-Family Construction/Development group. The role reports to the Vice President of Construction and collaborates with the Construction Executive on subcontractor relations, client proposals, contracts, and schedules.

You will coordinate with preconstruction, estimating and scheduling to refine estimates and timelines, provide direction to the project team for safe, on-time delivery, and perform on-site PM duties on smaller projects.

Qualifications

• BS in a construction related field is preferred.
• Multi-Family Construction experience is required.
• Podium, Wrap, Construction experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and Word.
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
